For Weddings:
The 20% booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, as it secures your exclusive wedding date. If Sam is unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, a trusted artist from Sam’s team will step in. If you choose not to proceed with the replacement artist, your deposit will be fully refunded.
For General Bookings:
Final payment is due one day before your appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to attend will result in the deposit being non-refundable, as your appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you.
